An integrative application of the theories and tools of functional business areas to decision-making in organization-wide situations using case analysis. Specific topics include experience curve cost reductions, portfolio analysis and management, and the fit between strategy and structure.
Prerequisite(s): FINC 306 , MGMT 302 , MGMT 220 , MGMT 315 and MRKT 220 .

Learning Outcomes:
- Evaluate and manage the strategic position of a company. its present business position, its long-term direction, its resources and competitive capabilities, the caliber of its strategy, and its opportunities for gaining sustainable competitive advantage.
- repare a strategic analysis identifying internal and external competitive challenges in a global market environment.
