PSYC 111 - Social Psychology 3 Credit(s)
This course is an introduction to theories and research methods in the field of social psychology. Classical and contemporary theories pertaining to self, person, and group perceptions, interpersonal attraction, social cognition, attitudes, conformity, obedience, altruism, aggression, and group processes will be examined using both a text and original journal articles. Applications of social psychology to the career fields of law, health, and business will also be examined.
