ORGL 498 - Senior Capstone Seminar

This capstone seminar is meant to be taken as a final course in organizational leadership and is an alternative to the internship. It considers connections among the various theoretical and practical elements of the discipline. It offers students a starting point for a more refined awareness of the applied skill and critical thinking process necessary for success either in graduate school or as a professional holding a leadership position.

Prerequisite(s): Senior standing and approval of supervising faculty member.

Grading Method: Pass/Fail.
