MUSC 127 - Concert Band

Open to all students. Three rehearsals per week with concerts on and off campus. The concert band season will be both fall (beginning in November following Marching Band season) and spring semesters. Traditional to contemporary band literature performed.

Prerequisite(s): Admission by audition or permission of director.

Repeatable for credit.
Course Frequency: F, S

Grading Method: Student option.

Learning Outcomes:

Students will perform a variety of concert band literature.
Students will perform in concerts and for special events.
Students will demonstrate proper techniques for ensemble performance.
